Red Lion Developments built our home in 2015. We have built a number of houses with different builders and Red Lion surpassed every experience we have had. The attention to detail has been noticed by everyone that has walked through our front door. Our house was built on time, and on budget. When Red Lion builds a home, they approach it as if it were their own. They are committed to meeting the needs of their clients and producing a quality build. Chris is a young, enthusiastic local builder, with a passion for craftsmanship and designing homes that meet the specific needs of the home buyer. He selects and manages top trades people, and approaches home building with his clients best interests as the priority. Custom home building can be overwhelming when you begin with a blank piece of paper. Chris was able to guide us through the process, answering any questions and addressing any concerns. Because Chris was personally involved every step of our build, and on site every everyday, we knew that our expectations were being met. Chris made sure that we always knew what was happening and what the next steps were so there were no surprises. We highly recommend Red Lion Developments to anyone planning to build a new home.

Red Lion Developments Ltd. developed my basement, and I absolutely love it. The Red Lion team is professional, detailed orientated, provides exceptional service and they get the job done right and on time. If you are looking to build a new home or renovate your current home, I highly recommend Chris and his team.

We hired Red Lion to complete our basement fire place with Rock! Looks amazing! They were very professional, clean and on schedule! Thanks Red Lion I will definitely recommend your expertise to all my friends and family!
